On Reason

Hitler!

Did I scare you with that photo? Today I will be discussing about why you had a negative(or positive) reaction to certain stimuli and why this has nothing to do with Reason.
Of course, there is nothing inherently wrong with Reason. I have seen, in the Islamic World, those governments who disuaded their "elite" from Reason, have stagnated and have not cultivated a culture. Reason can be used amongst the people towards the Good. The Quran itself confirms this(2:242, 3:118, 5:103, 7:169, 8:22, 9:127, 10:16, and more). The Wahhabi Saudis of Arabia has stagnated Reason, created a generation of men who crave women more than anything and worst of all, has conspired with the very enemies of God Himself, to gain worldly treasures. This is what happens when Reason is neglected.
In the West however, The mass man since his birth, has been conditioned to rever and hold to high regard the words "Reason", "Logic" and most importantly "Science". In the days of 2016, perhaps we would have seen "SJWs" claiming to prefer "Emotion" rather than "Logic", but as we all know, the year 2020 has been a bizzare paradigm shift towards what I am about to describe. The (modern) mass man does not use Reason. Instead, whenever they claim to use it, they are actually relying on one of the following: Appeal to authority(scientists say it so it must be true), Emotion(i feel something, so it must be justified).
An easy way of knowing whether a person is thinks independently is to just question "why?". Often times, the person doesn't even know what to say. Sometimes, they reveal their appeal to authority, and sometimes, they try to argue with you, and the catch is, they really created their arguement then and there or they just used the arguement that's used on TV or something. The mass man does not base his opinions on "Reason". What has instead happened in the West, is the worship of the "reason" of others, particularly, experts, scientists and doctors.
You will find this whole ordeal to be quite Orwellian. Who are, exactly these "experts" you speak about? It is bizzare that, if you have an opinion, and would like to be held among the masses, you only need to put it as a news headline, "Experts say, [blank]". It's like a trigger word, almost hypnosis. You are familiar with MK Ultra, reader. You must know that the US Government has been experimenting with psychological manipulation for a long long time. What we are seeing now is the culmination of all that research.
Some have said before, the 20th century would be the "Authoritarian Phase of Neoliberalism". But how would one maintain both the belief of liberty and the reliance on authority? The recent technologies of the Internet, mass media and social media has made this possible. The key is in our programming, our DNA. You do realize the parallels between what I have just described and how organized religion is maintained. "God says", "Science say", "The church says", "Experts say". The presence of religion has been absent in the West for a quite long time, I am asserting that this is the substitute.
Some have said, this is "emergent behavior". My view is that it is a combination of both emergent behavior and conspiracy. I can already imagine, some of you turning away as you read the word "conspiracy". Why is it, does the mass man have a negative almost automatic response to the word "conspiracy"? We know that the mass man does not use Reason, then where does this hatred for the word come from? I think we can remember, before 2020, the word conspiracy, particularly, "conspiracy theory" has been used widely, both ironically and seriously, but there never really was serious outrage towards people who say, for instance, the pyramids were created by ancient aliens. But today, we see so much hate towards so called "Science-deniers", it is almost religious. You and I both know the whole "flat-earther" phenomenon is a false flag. But, coincidentially, the phrase "flat-earther" was assigned the same label as the phrase "anti-vaccine", which is "science-denier". So, when the mass man encounters someone who argues against the Corona vaccine, he would immediately think he is a flat-earther, karen, science-denier and baby-killer(nevermind that in 2017 alone, 862,000 known babies were killed in abortion). Is this emergent behavior?
Double-think, dear reader. It is the state in which the mass man holds two opinions contradictory to one another. The mass man in the West, both holds the opinion that people should get the vaccine to protect other people, and, people should have the right to get abortions(bizzare that both of these statements generate income to a certain someone one way or another). They claim to use reason, "a baby who isn't born is not a human yet". but in actuality, they are "dehumanizing" someone as less human, saying they are not conscious. But still, this doesn't exclude the fact, that they believe the tenet of preventing the future death of someone due to Corona, yet they also do not believe in the reality of a potential life. Again, I say it, the mass man does not use Reason, the mass man holds an opinion because other people believe it, or because they were manipulated into believing it.
